WOW, not bad holding back on adding too much.
ReplyDeleteWe ended up close to $100k on options (even after discount.
Believe Me, it was HARD! It just wasn't in the budget. I'm not sure what price point your houses are at though. Where I live the base price for the Florence is $255,900. On the RH site it says in other states it can be in the low 140k's so if it were that low, we probably would have added $40,000 in upgrades.
