Made our first payment and NVR sold us out! We now have mortgage services through chase. I was worried who we might get, but I have CC's through chase and I've never had a problem.
At our old house our mortgage was originally with Metlife and they sold our loan to Chase a the beginning of this year. I too have had CC's with them and found the transition of our mortgage to be smooth and the interface to be similar to any other accounts you have with them.
The nice thing was... they automatically linked our mortgage to our CC account so there was no additional login or anything like that!

You are right- I logged on and there it was that nice big mortgage balance ! It is nice though to have it all on one thing!
